耕地保护面临的新问题与对策

研究目的:弄清当前耕地保护面临的问题,找到有效解决办法,遏制耕地不断减少的势头。研究方法:实地调查、收集资料、分析对比。研究结果:各类非农业建设占用优质耕地的势头仍未得到有效控制,优质耕地的数量在不断减少,划入基本农田保护区的耕地质量不高,乡村旅游和"景观工程"占用破坏耕地的情况突出,设施农用地占用耕地普遍,耕地撂荒依然严重。

Research purpose:make clear the problem that current cultivated land protection faces,and find effective solution in order to curb the trend that cultivated land decreases ceaselessly.Methods:field investigation,data collection,analysis and comparison.The results show that the tendency of all kinds of non-agricultural construction to occupy the cultivated land has not been controlled effectively.The quantity of high quality cultivated land is decreasing,and the quality of basic cultivated land protection areas is not good.Rural tourism and landscape projects occupy and destroy large amounts of cultivated land.The phenomenon that facility agricultural land occupies cultivated land and cultivated land being abandoned is very common.
