基于利益相关者视角的矿区环境污染治理评价指标体系 被引量:1

摘要 矿区环境污染是矿业发展产生的生态环境问题之一,对污染治理的评价关系到矿区社会经济的可持续发展。本文以利益相关者理论为视角,考虑在矿区污染治理中各利益相关者的利益诉求和响应措施,借助DPSIR模型为指标框架,以江西省永平矿区为案例,根据矿区环境污染的前因后果及实际状况,构建了一套以矿区污染治理指数为目标层、32个具体指标的评价指标体系,进而探讨了矿区污染治理指数定量化的计算方法,以期科学评估矿区环境污染治理效果,为矿区环境污染问题提供借鉴。 Environmental pollution in mining area is one of the ecological environment problems of mining development.The evaluation of pollution control is related to the sustainable development of social economy in mining area.From the perspective of stakeholder theory,we considered the interest demands and response measures of all stakeholders in mine pollution control and used the DPSIR model as the index framework.Taking Yongping copper mine as a case,we constructed an evaluation index system based on the cause and effect of environmental pollution in mining area and the actual situation.This index system takes the pollution control index of mining area as the target layer and includes 34 specific indexes.Furthermore,the quantitative calculation method of pollution control index is discussed.The objective of this study was to scientifically assess the effect of environmental pollution control in mining areas,and to provide some reference for environmental pollution prevention and control in mining area.
