On the Improvement of Reader Service Quality in Higher Vocational Libraries

图书馆在高职学校中发挥着重要作用,不仅能够帮助学生加深对学业知识的认识,还能提供娱乐休闲享受,可谓一举多得。因此要大力发展高职学校的图书馆建设,用心为学生提供优质的服务,这也是高校文化建设的一个重要方面。基于此,本文从提高读者服务性的角度出发,研究提高服务质量的价值,并提出提高服务的可行性建议,希望能够对高校图书馆建设提供一些参考。

Library plays an important role in higher vocational schools,which can not only help students to deepen their understanding of academic knowledge,but also provide recreational enjoyment.Therefore,it is important to develop the library construction of higher vocational colleges and provide high-quality service for students.This paper studies the value of improving the service quality from the angle of reader service,and puts forward some feasible suggestions to improve the service,hoping to provide some references for the construction of university libraries.
