Research on the Printing Master of the Ancient Books in Zunyi City Library

存世古籍中有为数不少的藏书印,通过藏书印可以了解藏书者的生平、名号、家世、籍贯、功名、师承、志趣等,还可借助印文内容反映其递藏关系,考察书籍的传承、流转、传播,从而考察文化传播途径及方向。藏书印既有艺术性,又有史料价值,还是界定古籍版本时间下限的重要依据之一。要发挥藏书印的这些作用,确定印主至关重要。只有确切地考察出其印主生平,藏书印作为研究书籍传播史以及界定版本时限等方面的作用才能发挥出来。

There are quite a few book-collecting seals in the surviving ancient books,through which we can know the life story,name,family background,native place,fame,legacy,aspiration and interest of the book-collector,and also reflect the relationship between the book-collecting and the collection by means of the contents of the seals,to study the transmission,circulation and dissemination of books,so as to examine the ways and directions of cultural dissemination.It has both artistic and historical value,and is also one of the important bases for defining the lower limit of the edition time of ancient books.In order to play these roles,it is very important to determine the printer.Only by investigating the life of the printer,can the role of the collection printing be brought into play as the study of the history of the dissemination of books and the definition of the edition time limit.
