固溶温度对热轧态2205双相不锈钢组织和点蚀性能的影响 被引量:2

Influence of Solution Treatment Temperature on Microstructure and Pitting Corrosion Behavior of Heat Rolling 2205 Duplex Stainless Steel

摘要 采用光学显微镜(OM)和FeCl3溶液浸泡法,研究了不同固溶温度对热轧态2205双相不锈钢组织和耐点腐蚀性的影响。结果表明:随着固溶温度升高,2205双相不锈钢组织中奥氏体相的形貌由纤维条状逐渐转变为短棒状、岛状并均匀分布,且奥氏体相含量不断减少,铁素体相含量不断增多。在1100℃固溶时,组织中奥氏体相与铁素体相含量比接近1∶1。在10%FeCl3溶液浸泡试验中,随着组织内铁素体相含量的增大,2205双相不锈钢的耐点蚀性能增强,在1100℃固溶处理时试样的腐蚀速率较小,无明显的孔蚀现象,表现出良好的耐点蚀性。 The effect of solution treatment on microstructure and pitting corrosion property of heat rolling 2205 duplex stainless steel was investigated by means of OM and immersing in a 10%FeCl3 solution test.The results show that as the solution treatment temperature increase,the fibrous structure morphologies of austenite in hot rolling 2205 duplex stainless steel gradually evolves into equiaxed rod-like and island-like morphology,and evenly distributed in 2205 duplex stainless steel,and the volume fraction ferrite increases.A suitable volume fraction ofα/γ-phase is distributed uniformly after solution treatment at 1100℃.In a 10%FeCl3 solution test,pitting corrosion resistance of 2205 duplex stainless steel increases with increasing the ferrite fraction.When the solution treatment temperature is 1100℃,no obvious corrosion area appeares in the 2205 duplex stainless steel,thus the steel exhibits the best resistance to pitting corrosion.
