The Application of New Technology and Traditional Surveying and Mapping Method in the Confirmation and Registration of homestead

党中央连续5年部署宅基地确权登记工作,要求在2020年底基本完成该项工作。为解决宅基地确权工作量大、地籍调查基础薄弱、调查精度需求有差异的问题,同时满足湖南省农房三维建设、切坡建房等综合管理需求,本文通过在邵阳市探索传统的解析法、图解法、勘丈法与倾斜摄影、激光雷达测量等新技术比较分析,调整技术路线,形成了适应不同区域、不同地形、不同村落聚集形式的确权登记工作模式。

The Central Committee of the Communist Party of China has deployed the work of confirmation and registration of homestead for five years in a row,which requires that the work be basically completed by the end of 2020.In order to solve the problems of large amount of work in the confirmation of homestead right,weak foundation of cadastral survey,and difference of survey accuracy requirements,and to meet the comprehensive management needs of three-dimensional construction of rural houses and building houses on cut slopes in Hunan Province,this paper compares and analyzes the traditional analytical method,graphic method,surveying method,tilt photography,lidar measurement and other new technologies in Shaoyang City,and adjusts the technical route To adapt to different regions,different terrain,different village aggregation form of confirmation registration work mode.
