湖南省粮食安全区域格局及其影响因素 被引量:2

Regional Pattern of Food Security and Its Influencing Factors in Hunan Province

摘要 进入21世纪以来,湖南省耕地资源快速消耗、"双改单"、耕地非粮化乃至耕地撂荒等对粮食安全形成了挑战。本文综合运用指标测度、地理探测器等方法,揭示湖南省粮食安全区域格局,以及影响粮食安全的耕地利用因素。结果显示,湖南省粮食安全稳定持续,但区域差异显著。在地市尺度,全省可分为粮食安全稳定持续、粮食安全弱可持续、粮食安全不可持续、粮食不安全4类状态。2019年,全省耕地资源开发频度仅52.45%,耕地资源开发面临频度降低问题。在县(市、区)尺度,全省耕地资源开发频度总体表现为"东北高西南低、东南高西北低"的区域格局。县(市、区)尺度复种指数和种粮积极性已成为影响湖南省粮食安全的重要因素。最后,本文提出了区域差别化的耕地资源管控与粮食安全调控监管政策建议。 The food security in Hunan province has been challenged by changes in cultivated land since the beginning of the 21st century,e.g.rapid loss of cultivated land,non-grain conversion,and cultivated land marginalization.This paper aims at revealing the regional pattern of food security and its influencing factors in Hunan Province,using index measurement and geodetector methods.Results show that the food security in Hunan province is stable with sustainability.At the city level,the status of food security was identified as four modes,including stable security with sustainability,security with weak sustainability,security with non-sustainability,and insecurity.Moreover,cultivated land resources exploitation showed a major decrease as its exploitative frequentness was merely 52.45%at the provincial level in 2019.At the county level,regional pattern of the exploitative frequentness was overall characterized as northeast high-southwest low and southeast high-northwest low.Multi-cropping index and grain growing willingness at the county level has imposed major challenges to the food security in Hunan province.Finally,we proposed regional differentiate policies of control on cultivated land resources and food security.
