摘要 如何以市场需求为导向,根据不同时期客流变化,动态调整列车开行方案,既满足客流旺盛时段旅客运输需求、增加运输收入,又减少客流萎靡时段运能供给、降低运营成本,是摆在各级铁路运输管理者和运行图编制技术人员面前的一项重要课题。本文结合中国铁路广州局集团有限公司实际,总结了高速铁路"一日一图"的主要做法,对如何拓展高速铁路"一日一图"的成功经验,实施普速客车"一日一图"进行了积极探索,并提出了具体的实施思路和组织措施。 It is a challenge for railway transport authorities at all levels and the technical personnel who prepare the train diagrams to dynamically adjust the train operation plan taking the market demand as the guidance according to the passenger flow changes in different periods,in a way not only to meet the passenger demand in the period of high passenger flow,increase the transport income,but also to reduce the transport capacity in the low passenger flow period,and reduce the operation cost.Based on the actual situation of China Railway Guangzhou Group Co.,Ltd.,this paper summarizes the main practices of"one diagram per day"for high-speed railways,explores actively on how to expand based on the successful experience of"one diagram per day"for high-speed railways to implement"one diagram per day"for common passenger trains,and puts forward specific ideas and organizational measures for the implementation of"one diagram per day"for common passenger trains.
