北黑铁路升级改造工程黑河地区总图规划方案研究

Study on the General Plan of Heihe Area Bei-Hei Line Railway Upgrade Project

黑河地区作为沿边铁路(韩家园至黑河段)以及俄罗斯规划出(入)境铁路上的重要节点,需统筹考虑地区客流特点、城市发展规划,对本地区进行总图规划研究。本文基于北黑线(龙镇至黑河段)铁路升级改造工程,综合各项控制因素,对黑河地区线路走向方案、口岸站布置形式进行了比选,提出了推荐意见。

As an important node on the border railway(Hanjiayuan-Heihe section)and the outbound(inbound)railway planned by Russia,Heihe region needs to take into account the characteristics of regional passenger flow and urban development planning,and conduct general map planning research for the region.Based on the railway upgrading and reconstruction project of Bei-Hei Line(Longzhen-Heihe Section),this paper compares and selects the route direction plan and port station layout form in Heihe region by integrating various control factors,and puts forward recommendations.
