复杂艰险地形设站BIM应用研究

摘要 复杂艰险地形条件下,多数车站设站需高填深挖,工程量较大,因此优化车站方案,减少工程量就显得尤为重要,但是,常规的二维站场布置方法难以适应可研阶段多变的方案测算、布局优化及断面实时显示等需求。昌都车站作为雅安至林芝段内唯一的区段站,场坪占地逾900亩,但推荐站址为深切河谷地段,地面起伏剧烈,少有平地,车站最大挖方145 m,最大填方60 m,估算挖方工程为1387万m^3,填方546万m^3,地形及站型都极具代表性,优化站型减少工程量也极为迫切。因此本文选取昌都车站作为研究对象,利用BIM技术,构建地形的DGN信息模型,将车站布置场坪式简化,根据车站功能需求,对比研究了纵列式,横列式,灯泡线等多种站型条件下的3250、3260、3265等多标高的三维模型,实现了车站土方工程量及断面实时显示,为可研阶段车站最终站型选择提供了强有力的支撑。 Under the condition of complex and dangerous terrain,many stations have to spend huge quantities of work on high fill and deep cut.Therefore,it is very important to optimize the schemes of station and reduce the quantities of work.However,routine method of two-dimensional station yard layout is hard to adapt to the changeable scheme calculation,layout optimization,real-time section display and other requirements of the feasibility study stage.Changdu Station,as an intermediate station with technical operation between Ya’an and Linzhi,covers over 900 mu(1 mu=0.0667 hectares);however,its recommended site is in a deep-incised valley of dramatic ups and downs on the surface and few plains.The station’s maximum cut is 145 m,maximum fill 60 m,and estimated cutting and filling works 13.87 million m^3 and 5.46 million m^3 respectively.It is very representative in both terrain and layout,and badly in need of layout optimization to reduce the quantities of work at the same time.As a result,Changdu station is studied in this paper,trying to simplify the layout of the station and yard with BIM technology and the DGN information model of the terrain built with the software.According to functional requirements of the station,the three-dimensional models of multiple elevations including 3250,3260 and 3265 are studied under different station layouts such as the longitudinal,the transversal,and the light bulb types.Furthermore,real-time display of volume of earthwork and section at the station is achieved,providing a powerful support to the final selection of station layout in the feasibility study period.
