摘要
在砂卵石土层中,直接插打拉钢板施工,无法插打到位。针对该施工难题,本文结合成昆铁路峨眉至米易段扩能工程站前工程黄水安宁河31号墩施工,详细阐述了桩基采用筑岛法填土,在插打钢板桩位置使用冲击钻引孔,换填机制砂后插打拉森钢板桩进行围堰施工的总体方案及主要施工工艺。该施工方案成功解决了富水砂石土层中围堰的施工技术难题,施工安全可靠,止水效果良好,可供类似桥梁施工参考借鉴。
In sandy cobble soil layer,the steel plate can’t be directly inserted in place in the construction.For this construction difficulty,combined with the construction of 31#pier of Huangshui Anning River in capacity expansion engineering of E’mei-Miyi section of Chengdu-Kunming Railway,overall plan and main construction technologies are elaborated in the paper,such as island filling method for construction of pile foundation,guide with percussion drill in the position inserting sheet pile and cofferdam construction by inserting Larsen steel sheet pile after filling the machine-made sand.This scheme has successfully resolved the construction difficulties of cofferdam in water-rich sandy cobble soil layer.It is safe and reliable,and good in water-stop effect,which can provide references for similar bridges construction.
