贵安站综合交通枢纽地下空间开发的研究与探讨

Research and Discussion on Underground Space Development Comprehensive Transportation Junction of Gui’an Station

贵安新区的建设是国家深入实施西部大开发战略、探索欠发达地区后发赶超路子的重要举措,山地城市的建设体现出集约利用土地,综合、系统开发地上和地下空间。贵安站综合交通枢纽的建设是贵安新区地下空间开发的典范。其地下空间开发表明:(1)地下空间开发需紧密结合城市规划,与城市地下环路、城市综合管廊统一考虑,集约化土地利用;(2)地下空间开发的同时也需本着以人为本的原则,提供舒适、阳光、智慧的生存环境;(3)充分利用现有地形,合理开发地上、地下空间,对高铁站、轨道交通站、长途场站、公交场站、城市周边开发协同共建,妥善解决区域交通、环境影响问题,同时带动周边社会经济发展。本项目的规划建设具有重要的参考借鉴价值。

The construction of Gui’an new area is an important measure for the country to carry out the implementation of the western development strategy and explore the way to catch up with the underdeveloped areas.The construction of mountainous city embodies intensive use of land,comprehensive and systematic development of over-ground and underground space.The construction of the comprehensive transportation hub of Gui’an station has become a model for the development of the new district’s underground space.Underground space development shows:(1)It needs to closely integrate with city planning,uniformly consider with underground ring road and complex pipe gallery,and intensify the land use;(2)Based on the principle of People First,comfortable,sunny and intelligent living environment is provided;(3)Taking full advantages of the existing terrain,over-ground and underground space is developed reasonably.High-speed railway station,rail transit station,coach station,bus station and peri-urban areas are collaboratively built to resolve regional transportation and environmental impact,while the development of periphery social economics is driven.The planning and construction of this project has significant values for reference.
