摘要
针对既有(高速)铁路建设中出现的岩溶灾害现象,以及高速铁路高平顺性要求对岩溶场地适应性差等特点,运用铁道工程、岩溶学、灾害学、工程地质学、环境学等基本理论,揭示了复杂岩溶区控制高速铁路选线的岩溶致灾因子及灾害风险类型,创立了复杂岩溶区高速铁路减灾选线理论。该理论广泛应用在贵广等高速铁路勘察设计中,经施工验证,该理论规避了岩溶灾害系统性风险,达到了"防灾减灾,降低造价,确保安全"的目的。
For both karst disaster phenomena appeared in the(high-speed)railway construction,and the poor adaptability of karst ground from the high-speed railway’s high irregularity requirement,applying the basic theories of railway engineering,karstology,disaster science,and engineering geology,environmentology,the karst disaster-inducing factors and disaster risk types of high-speed railway line selection are revealed,the theories of disaster-reducing route selection of high-speed railway in complex karst area are created.This theory is widely used in the survey and design of Guizhou-Guangzhou high-speed railway.Verified by construction,the theory avoids the systematic risk of karst disaster,and reached a purpose of"disaster prevention and mitigation,cost reduction,safety ensurance".
