冷冻贮苗对当归早薹、生物量和品质的影响

摘要 【目的】揭示冷冻贮苗对当归早薹、生物量和品质的影响。【方法】对不同类型种苗进行0℃和-5℃贮藏,测定与分析种苗移栽一定时期后植株早薹率、根生物量、主要活性物质含量以及抗氧化能力。【结果】-5℃贮苗与0℃相比,显著降低了当归早薹率,但根干质量、主要活性物质(阿魏酸、可溶性糖、总黄酮类和总酚类)含量和抗氧化能力(DPPH清除率和FRAP值)以干质量和单株计算均呈现不同程度的降低,而藁本内酯则增加;其中,冷冻贮藏对中苗(0.4~0.5 cm)和大苗(0.5~0.6 cm)影响较为显著,而对小苗(0.3~0.4 cm)影响较小。另外,三年生正常种子苗移栽后各测定指标均优于两年生种子苗(火药籽)。【结论】中苗(0.4~0.5 cm)进行-5℃贮藏,可综合提高当归的产量和品质。 【Objective】To reveal the effect of seedlings frozen storage on early bolting,biomass and quality of Angelica sinensis.【Method】Different types of seedlings were stored at 0℃and-5℃,then the early bolting rate,root biomass,main bioactive compounds content and antioxidant capacity were determined and analyzed after the seedlings were transplanted for a certain period.【Result】Compared to 0℃;the early bolting rate significantly decreased at-5℃,the dry weight(DW)of root,the contents of main bioactive compounds(ferulic acid,soluble sugar,flavonoids and phenolics)and the antioxidant capacities(DPPH scavenging rate and FRAP value),on DW and per plant basis,were decreased as well,but the ligustilide content increased.Frozen storage showed a significant effect on middle(0.4~0.5 cm)and big seedlings(0.5~0.6 cm),while less effect on small seedlings(0.3~0.4 cm).After the 3-year-old normal seedlings were transplanted,the all tested indexes were better than those of 2-year-old seedlings("Huoyaozi").【Conclusion】The yield and quality of A.sinensis could be comprehensively improved through storing the middle seedlings(0.4~0.5 cm)at-5℃.
