2022年吸毒人员年龄和婚姻状况因素分析及预防对策

Factors Analysis and Preventive Measures of Age and Marital Status of Drug Users in 2022

通过横断面调查研究,探讨违法人员吸毒与人口学特征之间的关系。抽取S市J区2022年行政案件中国国籍的607名违法行为人吸毒与人口学特征信息,使用卡方检验和独立样本t检验比较违法吸毒人员和违法非吸毒人员的基线特质,并使用Logistic回归分析寻找影响违法人员吸毒的风险性因素。结果表明,违法吸毒人员组和违法非吸毒人员组在年龄、婚姻构成上有显著差异(p<0.001)。年龄偏小(OR=0.953,95%CI:0.934~0.972,p=0.000)是吸毒的风险因素,而离异/丧偶组违法人员吸毒的风险是已婚组违法人员的3.306倍(OR=3.306,95%CI:2.077~5.260,p=0.000)。因此,公安机关应对年纪较轻、离异或丧偶的人员要重点关注,减少和避免吸毒行为的发生。

Through a cross-sectional survey,the relationship between drug abuse among offenders and demographic characteristics was discussed.The drug abuse and demographic information of 607 Chinese offenders involved in administrative cases in J District,S City in 2022 was extracted.Chi-square tests and independent samples t-tests were used to compare the baseline traits of drug-abusing offenders with those who did not abuse drugs.Logistic regression analysis was applied to identify the risk factors influencing drug abuse among offenders.The results showed that there were significant differences between the drug-abusing group and non-drug-abusing group in terms of age and marital status composition(p<0.001).Younger age(OR=0.953,95%CI:0.934~0.972,p=0.000)was found to be a risk factor for drug abuse,and divorced/widowed individuals was 3.306 times higher risk of drug abuse compared to married individuals(OR=3.306,95%CI:2.077~5.260,p=0.000).Therefore,the public security organs should pay particular attention to younger offenders,as well as those who are divorced or widowed,to reduce and prevent drug abuse.
