摘要
有机磷神经毒剂可对人体健康和生命造成巨大危害,其检测技术是近年来的研究热点。本工作开发了基于三联吡啶的席夫碱改性结构TBH,以及性能更好的有机金属配合物TBH-Zn传感探针,并将其用于对沙林模拟物氯磷酸二乙脂(DCP)的液相检测中,此探针表现出极低的检测限,可低至26.6 nM,并对系列有机磷干扰物具备良好的选择性。相关表征和理论计算显示,金属配位结构与席夫碱结构协同调制,构造得到更高性能的“turn-on”敏感体系,荧光增强性能为TBH探针的约2.5倍。该配位型荧光探针设计策略,未来在高性能传感体系的设计中将发挥重要价值。
Organophosphate nerve agents can cause great harm to human health and life,and their detection technology is a research hotspot in recent years.In this work,the Schiff base modified structure TBH and TBH-Zn sensing probes were developed and used for the liquid phase detection of sarin analog diethyl chlorphosphate(DCP),which showed very low detection limit,as low as 26.6 nM,and showed good selectivity for series organophosphorus interference.Correlation characterization and theoretical calculations show that the metal coordination structure is jointly modulated with the Schiff base structure to construct a higher performance"turn-on"sensitive system.The fluorescence enhancement performance was about 2.5 times that of the TBH probe.The coordination-type fluorescent probe design strategy will be of great value in the design of high-performance sensing system in the future.
