Ag NPs/石墨烯导电油墨制备及其RFID标签设计、印刷和测试 被引量:1

Preparation of Ag NPs/graphene conductive ink and its use in RFID tag design,printing and testing

摘要 本研究通过机械剪切和超声相结合的方法,剥离天然鳞片石墨粉得到原始石墨烯,以AgNO_(3)为前驱体,聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)为分散剂,葡萄糖为还原剂,在所得原始石墨烯(PG)溶液中原位生长Ag纳米颗粒(NPs),获得Ag NPs/石墨烯复合材料。之后,将该复合材料作为导电填料,水性丙烯酸树脂作为连接料,通过添加适量消泡剂、流平剂和增稠剂等制备了水性环保导电油墨,发现印刷品在150℃下烧结20 min,其电阻率约为1.43×10^(-6)Ω·m。最后,使用HFSS软件对射频识别(RFID)标签天线进行阻抗匹配设计,获得天线尺寸参数,将其定制图案用所得水性油墨进行丝网印刷获得标签天线,加装芯片制成半成品镶嵌(Inlay)并进行测试,其灵敏度可达-19.9 dBm,最佳读取距离12 m,能满足多种应用场景下的使用需求。 In this study,natural flake graphite is exfoliated by mechanical shearing combined with ultrasonic to obtain pristine graphene(PG).Then,Ag nanoparticles(NPs)/graphene composites are synthesized by in-situ growing Ag NPs on PG with AgNO_(3)as the precursor,polyvinylpyrrolidone(PVP)as the dispersant,and glucose as the reducing agent in the obtained PG solution.Afterward,Ag NPs/graphene is used as the conductive filler,and the waterborne acrylic resin is used as the binder to prepare waterborne environmentally friendly conductive ink,by adding the appropriate amount of defoamer,leveling agent and thickener etc.When the printed pattern is sintered at 150℃for 20 min,its resistivity is about 1.43×10^(-6)Ω·m.Finally,the HFSS software is used to design the impedance matching of the radio frequency identification(RFID)tag antenna,then the antenna size parameters are obtained.The designed RFID tag antenna is printed by screen printing with the obtained water-based ink,and the chip is installed to make the tag semi-finished product Inlay.According to the testing data,the power on tag forward can reach-19.9 dBm,and the optimal reading range is 12 m,which can meet the needs of various application scenarios.
