蛋白质基水凝胶的制备及应用研究进展 被引量:4

Recent advances on the fabrication and applications of protein-based hydrogels

摘要 基于生物蛋白质的水凝胶结合了天然蛋白质的生物相容性、生物降解性、无毒、细胞黏附等特性,此外,通过与聚合物复合或添加功能性物质可进一步改善其原有的性能或引入新的特性。蛋白质基水凝胶在可穿戴设备和生物医学领域显示出巨大的潜力,例如,其可应用于拉力/压力传感器、药物释放、组织粘合和生物传感器等方面。本文综述了以丝素蛋白、明胶、酪蛋白为代表的蛋白质基水凝胶的研究进展。首先介绍了这三种蛋白质的制备和相关机理;随后,对蛋白质基水凝胶的性能优化策略进行总结;接着,对蛋白质基水凝胶在可穿戴设备和生物医学领域的应用进行讨论;最后,针对蛋白质基水凝胶材料研究进行相应的总结和展望,为相关研究者提供参考。 Protein-based hydrogels possess the biocompatibility,biodegradability,non-toxicity,and cell adhesion properties of natural proteins.Moreover,by combining with polymers or adding other functional materials into them,it is feasible to improve their intrinsic properties or introduce new properties for protein-based hydrogels,which show great potential in the fields of wearable devices and biomedicine.For example,they can be applied in pressure/strain sensors,drug release,tissue adhesive and biosensors.This paper reviews the research progress of protein-based hydrogels such as silk fibroin,gelatin and casein.Firstly,the preparation and related mechanisms of these three proteins are introduced.Then,the performance optimization strategies of protein-based hydrogels are summarized,and the applications in the fields of wearable devices and biomedicine are discussed.Finally,the summary and prospects of protein-based hydrogels are shown to provide references for related researchers.
