摘要
高熵氧化物也可以称为熵稳定氧化物、多组分氧化物等,是一种新型材料,由于其独特的结构特征和定向获取某种功能的可能性,引起了人们极大的兴趣。这种多元方法也为材料设计和发现创造了新的机会。本文重点介绍了高熵氧化物领域的研究进展,包括一些基本概念、合成方法、性能与应用等,并展望了未来的发展方向。
High entropy oxides are a new class of materials which are also called entropy stabilized oxides or multicomponent oxides.They have gained significant interest over the years due to their unique structural characteristics and correlated possibilities for control of functional properties.This multi-component approach has created new opportunities for materials design and discovery.The developments in the area of high entropy oxides are highlighted here,including the fundamental understanding,the synthesis methods,the property and applications.Lastly,the future development direction has pointed out.
