摘要
TiO2作为一种新型的光催化材料,具备无毒、反应条件温和、化学性质稳定等特点,深受人们关注。但是目前就如何制备高效纳米TiO2成为材料研究很热门的课题。本文讨论了TiO2的优缺点,主要介绍了TiO2的光催化机理,金属掺杂、共掺杂、贵金属沉积和半导体复合四种改性方法以及国内外光催化性能的研究进展,同时对TiO2的光催化技术做出了简要的总结并提出了自己的看法。
As a new kind of photocatalytic material, TiO2 has the characteristics of non-toxicity, mild reaction conditions and stable chemical properties, which has attracted much attention. At present, how to prepare efficient nano TiO2 has become a hot topic in material research. This paper includes the review of advantages of TiO2 photocatalyst and its limitations in application. A detailed discussion on the photocatalytic mechanism of TiO2, the four methods including metal doping, co-doping, noble metal deposition and semiconductor composite, and the research progress of photocatalytic performance at home and abroad were analysed.
