Preparation of Nanosilver Sol by UV Irradiation Reduction

摘要 为了探索绿色、无污染纳米银溶胶的制备方法,在室温下,选用聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)作为稳定剂,通过向硝酸银溶液中加入聚乙烯吡咯烷酮,与银离子形成络合物,然后缓慢向其中加入氯化钠,在紫外光照射下将氯化银还原成纳米银,最后在稳定剂的作用下形成稳定的纳米银溶胶。当银离子与稳定剂PVP的质量比为1:6时,在紫外光照为4~5个小时时,得到了平均直径在150nm左右的纳米银粒子,将得到纳米银溶胶室温静置十五天,只有极少数沉淀物析出,得到的纳米银溶胶性质非常稳定。该制备方法不仅没有使用有毒添加剂和还原剂,而且绿色环保,从而可以应用在更为广阔的领域。 In order to explore the green,pollution-free preparation methods of nanosilver sol.At room temperature,we select polyvinylpyrrolidone(PVP)as a stabilizer and mix PVP into the silver nitrate solution,with silver ions to form complex compound,and then slowly to add sodium chloride,silver chloride reducted into nanosilver under UV irradiation.Silver nanoparticles finally under the function of stabilizer form stable nano silver sol.When the mass ratio of silver ions to the stabilizer PVP was 1:6,and the UV light was 4~5 hours,the silver nanoparticles with an average diameter of about 150 nm were obtained.The nanosilver sol were left at room temperature for 15 days,and only a few precipitates were precipitated.The properties of the nanosilver sol were very stable.This preparation method not only does not use the toxic additive and the reducing agent,moreover the green environmental protection,thus may apply in the broader domain.
