针刺配合化痰熄风方治疗中风吞咽障碍临床观察

Acupuncture Combined with Huatan Xifeng Prescription in the Treatment of Dysphagia Caused by Stroke

目的观察针刺配合化痰熄风方治疗脑卒中导致的吞咽障碍临床疗效。方法研究纳入72例缺血性或出血性中风后出现吞咽障碍的患者,采用随机数字表法将其分为治疗组(39例)和对照组(33例)。治疗组接受康复治疗、穴位针刺及化痰熄风方辨证加减治疗,对照组仅接受康复治疗,2组患者均治疗1个月,期间采用洼田饮水试验、SSA量表、藤岛一郎吞咽疗效评价标准等进行疗效评价。结果与治疗前相比,治疗组洼田饮水试验等级、SSA评分均下降,藤岛一郎吞咽评估分数升高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),对照组各项评价指标改善不明显,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗组洼田饮水试验疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论穴位针刺联合化痰熄风方可显著提高中风后吞咽障碍患者康复治疗效果,值得临床推广使用。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with Huatan Xifeng prescription in the treatment of dysphagia caused by stroke.Methods A total of 72 patients with dysphagia after ischemic or hemorrhagic stroke were divided into treatment group of 39 cases and control group of 33 cases by random number table method.The treatment group received rehabilitation treatment,acupoint acupuncture and syndrome differentiation treatment of Huatan Xifeng prescription,while the control group only received rehabilitation treatment.The two groups were treated for 1 month,during which the curative effect was evaluated by using the Kota drinking water test,SSA scale and Fujijima swallowing efficacy evaluation criteria.Results Compared with before treatment,the drinking water test grade and SSA score in the treatment group were decreased,the swallowing evaluation score of Ichiro Fujijima was increased,and the difference was statistical significance(P<0.05),while the evaluation indexes in the control group were not significantly improved,but the difference had no statistical significance(P>0.05).The effect of drinking water depression test in the treatment group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupoint acupuncture combined with Huatan Xifeng prescription can significantly improve the effect of rehabilitation treatment,and is worthy of clinical popularization.
