针刺联合通窍活血汤治疗突发性耳聋临床观察

Acupuncture Combined with Tongqiao Huoxue Decoction in the Treatment of Sudden Sensorineural Hearing Loss

目的探讨针刺联合通窍活血汤对突发性耳聋患者血流动力学及疗效的影响。方法选取2020年1月—2022年12月南京中医药大学连云港附属医院收治的100例突发性耳聋患者作为研究对象,按照1∶1的比例随机分为对照组和治疗组,对照组50例采用常规药物治疗,治疗组50例采用针刺联合通窍活血汤治疗,比较2组患者治疗前后血流动力学指标、临床疗效及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后,2组患者的BV-HS、PV、HCT显著低于护理前,且治疗组显著低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组患者的临床疗效显著高于对照组,不良反应发生率显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论针刺联合通窍活血汤治疗突发性耳聋疗效显著,可改善血流动力学,值得临床推广使用。

Objective To explore the impact of acupuncture combined with Tongqiao Huoxue decoction on hemodynamics and therapeutic efficacy in patients with sudden sensorineural hearing loss(SSNHL).Methods One hundred patients diagnosed with SSNHL between January 2020 and December 2022 were enrolled in this study.They were randomly allocated into either a control group or a treatment group at a 1∶1 ratio.The control group,consisting of 50 patients,received standard pharmacological treatments,whereas the treatment group,also consisting of 50 patients,underwent a regimen combining acupuncture and Tongqiao Huoxue decoction.Pre-and post-treatment hemodynamic parameters,along with clinical effectiveness and the incidence of adverse reactions,were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the BV-HS,PV and HCT of 2 groups were significantly lower than before care,and the treatment group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).The clinical efficacy of treatment group was significantly higher than that of control group,and the incidence of adverse reactions was significantly lower than that of control group,and the difference was statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture and moxibustion combined with Tongqiao Huoxue decoction has significantly curative effect on SSNHL,which can improve hemodynamics and is worthy of clinical popularization.
