摘要
目的探讨针刺联合中药塌渍对部分脾动脉栓塞术(PSE)术后患者早期恢复的影响。方法选取2022年3月—2023年3月江西中医药大学附属医院消化科行PSE的乙型肝炎肝硬化患者作为本次研究对象,将60例患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组30例。2组患者均予以常规对症治疗,观察组在常规对症治疗基础上予以针刺联合中药塌渍治疗。以7 d为1个治疗周期,观察记录2组患者术后疼痛评分、血常规及临床总体疗效。结果观察组术后疼痛评分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组白细胞及血小板升高较对照组明显(P<0.05);观察组临床总体疗效高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针刺联合中药塌渍可有效缓解患者PSE术后疼痛,改善血常规指标,具有一定临床疗效。
Objective To investigate the effect of acupuncture combined with Chinese medicine soaking on the early recovery of patients after partial splenic artery embolization(PSE).Methods Patients with hepatitis B cirrhosis in Affiliated Hospital of Jiangxi University of Chinese Medicine for PSE from March 2022 to March 2023 were selected as the objects of this study.Sixty patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 30 cases in each group.Both groups were given routine symptomatic treatment,and the observation group was given acupuncture combined with Chinese medicine soaking on the basis of routine symptomatic treatment.The postoperative pain score,blood routine and overall clinical efficacy of the two groups were observed and recorded in a 7-day treatment cycle.Results The postoperative pain score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The increase of leukocyte and platelet in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05).The overall clinical efficacy of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture combined with Chinese medicine soaking can effectively relieve the postoperative pain of patients with PSE,improve blood routine,and have a certain clinical effect.
