升清降浊中药汤治疗慢性肾衰竭临床观察

Shengqing Jiangzhuo Decoction in the Treatment of Chronic Renal Failure

目的探究升清降浊中药汤对慢性肾衰竭(CRF)患者微炎症状态以及钙磷代谢的影响。方法选取2020年1月—2022年10月芦溪县人民医院收治的CRF患者82例,随机分为对照组和观察组,各41例。对照组行常规西医治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加以升清降浊中药汤,均治疗3个月。评价2组疗效及安全性,比较2组中医证候积分、微炎症状态、钙磷代谢以及肾功能指标的差异。结果观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。3个月后,观察组各中医证候积分与总分、hs-CRP、IL-6、TNF-α、SAA、K、P、iPTH、Scr与24 h-UTP均低于对照组(P<0.05),其SOD、Ca、ALB、GFR均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论升清降浊中药汤可缓解CRF患者中医证候,抑制其微炎症状态,改善钙磷代谢以及肾功能,治疗效果较好。

Objective To explore the effects of Shengqing Jiangzhuo decoction on microinflammatory state and calcium and phosphorus metabolism in patients with chronic renal failure(CRF).Methods A total of 82 patients with CRF admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to October 2022 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 41 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional Western medicine,and the observation group was treated with Shengqing Jiangzhuo decoction on the basis of the control group.The efficacy and safety of the two groups were evaluated,and the differences of TCM syndrome scores,micro-inflammatory status,calcium and phosphorus metabolism and renal function indexes were compared before treatment and 3 months after treatment.Results The effective rate of observation group was higher than control group(P<0.05).After 3 months,the TCM syndrome score,hs-CRP,IL-6,TNF-α,SAA,K,P,iPTH,Scr and 24h-UTP in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,while the SOD,Ca,ALB and GFR in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Shengqing Jiangzhuo decoction can relieve TCM syndromes,inhibit microinflammation,improve calcium and phosphorus metabolism and renal function in patients with CRF,which is effective and safe,and has good therapeutic effect.
