基于气化理论探析气化功能对膜性肾病的影响

The Influence of Gasification Function on Membranous Nephropathy Based on Gasification Theory

膜性肾病的发病机制复杂,病情多变,气化功能贯穿膜性肾病发病的始终。根据临床观察,膜性肾病患者多为脾肾气虚证型,舌苔、脉象均有痰浊与瘀血互结之象。肾与膀胱的气化功能失司,不能代谢水液,则会产生水肿等症状。脾与肺的气化功能失常,体内气血津液不能正常循行,产生痰湿与瘀血等病理产物使病情缠绵难愈。故认为膜性肾病的发病机制与气化功能密切相关,气化功能障碍所产生的痰浊、瘀血等病理产物会阻滞于肾络引发病变。此文通过探析气化功能对膜性肾病的影响,以期为中医药临床防治膜性肾病提供新的方法和思路。

The pathogenesis of membranous nephropathy is complex,and the condition is variable.The gasification function runs through the entire process of membranous nephropathy.According to clinical observations,patients with membranous nephropathy are mostly characterized by spleen kidney qi deficiency syndrome,and their tongue coating and pulse have symptoms of phlegm turbidity and blood stasis.Dysfunction of gasification,loss of gasification function in the kidneys and bladder,inability to metabolize water in the human body,can lead to symptoms such as edema.The gasification function of the spleen and lungs is abnormal,and the body’s qi,blood,and body fluids cannot circulate normally,resulting in pathological products such as phlegm dampness and blood stasis,making the condition difficult to heal.Therefore,it is believed that the pathogenesis of membranous nephropathy is closely related to gasification function.The pathological products such as phlegm turbidity and blood stasis produced by gasification dysfunction will block the renal meridians and cause lesions.This article explored the impact of gasification function on membranous nephropathy,in order to provide new methods and ideas for the clinical prevention and treatment of membranous nephropathy with traditional Chinese medicine.
