马桂琴教授五损理论指导皮痹辨治

Syndrome Differentiation Treatment of Skin Numbness under the Guidance of Five Damages Theory of Professor Ma Guiqin

皮痹的发病机制复杂,病因未明,目前西医尚缺乏有效的治疗方法。而中医对于此病有着深入的认识,临床治疗效果显著,不良反应少。马桂琴教授根据多年的临床经验,参考《难经》中关于“五损”理论的论述,认为皮痹当属于中医的虚损证,并提出以“五损”理论指导皮痹的辨证与治疗,并举典型医案,为中医治疗皮痹提供新思路。

The pathogenesis of skin numbness is complex and the etiology is not clear,and there is currently no effective treatment method in western medicine.While traditional Chinese medicine has a profound understanding of skin numbness,and the effect is better,with less adverse reactions.Based on years of clinical experience and the record of Nanjing,Professor Ma Guiqin considered that skin numbness is a syndrome of deficiency in traditional Chinese medicine and put forward the theory of“five damages”to guide the syndrome differentiation and treatment of skin numbness,cited typical cases to discuss the key points of differentiation and treatment of skin numbness,providing new ideas for traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of skin numbness.
