养血清脑颗粒联合艾灸治疗脑梗死风痰入络证临床观察

Yangxue Qingnao Granules Combined with Moxibustion in the Treatment of Cerebral Infarction of Syndrome of Wind-phlegm Invading Collaterals

目的探讨养血清脑颗粒联合艾灸在脑梗死(风痰入络证)中的治疗价值。方法选取2021年1月—2022年12月天镇县人民医院收治的100例脑梗死(风痰入络证)患者,随机分为2组,每组50例。对照组行常规内科治疗,观察组增用养血清脑颗粒联合艾灸治疗,比较2组美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分、Barthel指数(BI)评分、血液流变学指标、白细胞介素-8(IL-8)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)及总有效率。结果观察组BI评分、总有效率优于对照组(P<0.05),全血高切黏度、全血低切黏度、血浆黏度、NIHSS评分、IL-8、TNF-α低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论养血清脑颗粒联合艾灸治疗脑梗死(风痰入络证)患者的疗效显著,可改善神经功能受损及血液流变学,降低炎症反应。

Objective To explore the therapeutic value of Yangxue Qingnao granules combined with moxibustion in the treatment of cerebral infarction of syndrome of wind-phlegm invading collaterals.Methods One hundred patients with cerebral infarction of syndrome of windphlegm invading collaterals admitted to Tianzhen County People’s Hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected and randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with conventional internal medicine treatment,and the observation group was treated with Yangxue Qingnao granules combined with moxibustion.The National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)score,Barthel Index(BI)score,blood rheological indexes,interleukin-8(IL-8),Tumour Necrosis Factor-alpha(TNF-alpha),and the overall effective rate were compared between the two groups.Results The BI score and total effective rate of observation group were higher than those of control group(P<0.05),while whole blood high shear viscosity,whole blood low shear viscosity,plasma viscosity,NIHSS score,IL-8 and TNF-αwere lower than those of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The therapeutic efficacy of Yangxue Qingnao granules combined with moxibustion in the treatment of cerebral infarction of syndrome of wind-phlegm invading collaterals is significant,which can improve the impaired neurological function and blood flow standardization,and reduce the inflammatory response.
