基于明清247条脉案研究仲景脉法

Study on Zhongjing Pulse Method Based on 247 Pulse Cases in Ming and Qing Dynasties

目的以明清脉案为例研究仲景脉法临床应用规律,为仲景脉法的临床应用提供参考。方法采用springboot集成快速开发框架,前端使用vue方式,基于es5的语法,开发工具IntelliJ IDEA 2020.1.1x64,构建中医古籍脉案研究数据库,通过不同关键词检索,分别导出相关条文,研究明清中医脉案。结果纳入的247条脉案,单纯记录脉象,占39.68%;记录脉象加脉部,占60.32%,247条脉案脉象为各部脉象对比而来,占100%。研究发现脉象的记载中并非记载双手寸关尺六部各个脉象,而是通过脉象对比把握脉象细微变化,来分析疾病病机,此为脉诊的应用规律。结论仲景脉法应用上采用“主脉+主症”的形式,通过脉象的对比探知疾病的病机,通过把握脉象的细微变化,来把握疾病病机的变化。

Objective To study the clinical application law of Zhongjing pulse method with Ming and Qing pulse cases as an example,and to provide reference for the clinical application of Zhongjing pulse method.Methods Adopting springboot integrated rapid development framework,front-end using vue way,based on es5 syntax,development tool IntelliJ IDEA 2020.1.1x64,constructing the research database of pulse cases of Chinese medicine antiquities,searching through different keywords,exporting relevant articles respectively,and the pulse cases of Chinese medicine of Ming and Qing Dynasties were studied.Results Of the 247 pulse cases included,39.68%were purely recorded pulses,60.32%were recorded pulses plus pulse sections,and 100%of the 247 pulse cases had pulses derived from the comparison of pulse sections.It was found that the records of pulse were not recorded in each of the six departments of pulse,but through the comparison of pulse to grasp the subtle changes of pulse to analyze the disease mechanism,which is the application of the pulse diagnosis law.Conclusion Zhongjing’s pulse method adopts the form of“main pulse+main symptom”to detect the disease mechanism through the comparison of pulse,and grasp the subtle changes of pulse to grasp the changes of disease mechanism.
