基于超声定位观察隔姜灸干预慢性轻度肩袖损伤临床研究

Ginger-separated Moxibustion in the Intervention of Chronic Mild Rotator Cuff Injury Based on Ultrasonic Localization

目的探讨基于超声定位下观察隔姜灸治疗慢性轻度肩袖损伤的临床疗效及安全性。方法将纳入患者随机分成隔姜灸组、皮质类固醇注射组,采用美国加州大学肩袖损伤专业评分系统(UCLA),在治疗前、治疗第7天及治疗第14天分别观察并记录各组患者的疼痛、功能、主动前屈功能及徒手前屈肌力分数,并对各项指标进行定量化分析,综合比较并分析定点隔姜灸治疗慢性肩袖损伤的临床疗效及安全性。结果治疗第7天时,隔姜灸组改善患者的疼痛、功能、主动前曲功能及徒手前屈肌力的效果低于皮质类固醇注射组(P<0.05);在治疗第14天时,隔姜灸组在改善患者的疼痛、功能、主动前曲功能及徒手前屈肌力等方面与皮质类固醇注射组相当(P>0.05)。结论定点隔姜灸能有效缩短慢性肩袖损伤患者的疼痛及肩关节受限时间。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of ginger-separated moxibustion in the intervention of chronic mild rotator cuff injury based on ultrasonic localization.Methods The included patients were randomly divided into ginger moxibustion group and corticosteroid injection group.The rotator cuff injury scoring system(UCLA)was used to observe and record the pain,function,active forward flexion function and free hand forward flexion muscle strength of the two groups before treatment,on the 7th and 14th day of treatment,respectively,and to conduct quantitative analysis of each index.The clinical efficacy and safety of fixed-point ginger-separated moxibustion in the treatment of chronic rotator cuff injury were compared and analyzed.Results On the 14th day of treatment,the gingerseparated moxibustion group was comparable to the corticosteroid injection group in improving pain,function,active forward flexion function and free hand forward flexion muscle strength and clinical efficacy(P>0.05).Conclusion Fixed-point ginger-separated moxibustion can effectively shorten the pain and shoulder joint limitation time in patients with chronic rotator cuff injury.
