中和医派红藤败酱散结合热敏灸治疗湿热蕴结型盆腔炎临床观察

Hongteng Baijiang Powder Combined with Heat-sensitive Moxibustion in the Treatment of Dampness-heat Accumulated Pelvic Inflammatory Disease Based on Zhonghe Medical School

目的探讨中和医派理论指导下应用红藤败酱散联合热敏灸治疗湿热蕴结型盆腔炎的临床疗效。方法选取2020年1月—2023年6月景德镇市中医医院收治的盆腔炎患者76例,根据治疗方法不同分为西医组(37例,常规西医治疗)和中医组(39例,红藤败酱散联合热敏灸治疗),比较2组治疗效果。结果中医组总有效率较西医组稍高,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。与治疗前相比,2组治疗后下腹疼痛等中医证候积分均减小,且中医组各项积分均小于西医组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于中和医派指导的红藤败酱散联合热敏灸治疗湿热蕴结型盆腔炎的临床疗效较常规西医治疗高,对中医证候的改善效果显著,有助于病情缓解。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Hongteng Baijiang powder combined with heat-sensitive moxibustion in the treatment of dampness-heat accumulated pelvic inflammatory disease under the guidance of the theory of Zhonghe medical school.Methods A total of 76 patients with pelvic inflammatory disease treated in Jingdezhen Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2020 to June 2023 were selected and divided into Western medicine group(37 cases,conventional Western medicine treatment)and TCM group(39 cases,Hongteng Baijiang powder combined with heat-sensitive moxibustion treatment)according to different treatment methods.The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared.Results The total effective rate of TCM group was slightly higher than that of Western group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).After treatment,TCM syndrome scores of 2 groups were decreased,and TCM group was lower than western group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Based on the guidance of Zhonghe medical school,Hongteng Baijiang powder combined with heat-sensitive moxibustion has a higher clinical effect on the treatment of dampness-heat accumulation pelvic inflammatory disease than conventional Western medicine treatment,and the improvement effect of TCM syndrome is significant,which is helpful to the remission of the disease.
