中和益气化瘀方干预晚期非小细胞肺癌临床观察

Tonifying Qi and Removing Blood Stasis Formula in the Intervention of Advanced Non-small Cell Lung Cancer under the Guidance of Zhonghe Thought

目的探究中和思想指导下益气化瘀方干预晚期非小细胞肺癌血液高凝状态的疗效。方法选取2021年12月—2023年6月收治的晚期非小细胞肺癌血液高凝状态患者84例,随机分为试验组和对照组,各42例。对照组予以低分子肝素钙、阿司匹林治疗,试验组在对照组基础上加用益气化瘀方,2组均干预8周。比较2组治疗前后中医证候积分、凝血功能、生存质量、出血情况。结果治疗后,试验组中医证候积分低于对照组(P<0.05);2组患者PT、APTT均升高(P<0.05),FIB、D-D、PLT均降低(P<0.05),试验组均优于对照组(P<0.05);2组患者KPS评分均升高(P<0.05),试验组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中和思想指导下益气化瘀方干预晚期非小细胞肺癌可有效改善临床症状,提高生存期生活质量,改善凝血功能,未发生出血情况,值得推广。

Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of tonifying qi and removing blood stasis formula on blood hypercoagulability in advanced non-small cell lung cancer under the guidance of Zhonghe thought.Methods A total of 84 patients with blood hypercoagulability of advanced non-small cell lung cancer treated from December 2021 to June 2023 were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,with 42 cases in each group.The control group was treated with low molecular weight heparin calcium and aspirin,and the experimental group was additionally treated with tonifying qi and removing blood stasis formula.Both groups were intervened for 8 weeks.TCM syndrome score,coagulation function,quality of life and bleeding were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the TCM syndrome score of experimental group was lower than that of control group(P<0.05).PT and APTT were increased in 2 groups(P<0.05),FIB,D-D and PLT were decreased(P<0.05),and the experimental group was better than the control group(P<0.05).KPS score in 2 groups was increased(P<0.05),and that in experimental group was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Under the guidance of Zhonghe thought,tonifying qi and removing blood stasis formula on blood hypercoagulability in advanced non-small cell lung cancer can effectively improve clinical symptoms,improve quality of life during survival,improve coagulation function,and has no bleeding occurred.It is worth promoting.
