基于圆运动理论治疗2型糖尿病

Treatment of Type 2 Diabetes Based on Circular Motion Theory

将2型糖尿病归属于中医学中的“消渴、脾瘅”范畴,临床多采用对症治疗。例如通过口服降糖药及胰岛素注射来维持血糖稳定,而中医药治疗疾病遵循“治病必求于本”原则,从病机入手以调节人体代谢功能的恢复。此文基于彭子益圆运动理论,论述2型糖尿病的病因病机及治疗,探析治疗糖尿病的经典名方,如白虎加人参汤、玉液汤、补中益气汤、四逆散、逍遥散、引火汤、肾气丸等,以期为2型糖尿病的研究治疗提供新思路。

Type 2 diabetes mellitus belongs to the category of“consumptive thirst,Pidan”in traditional Chinese medicine,and modern medicine mostly adopts symptomatic treatment.For example,oral hypoglycaemic drugs and insulin injections were used to maintain stable blood glucose,while Chinese medicine seeks to treat the disease on the principle of“treating the disease must be sought in the original”,and regulates the restoration of metabolic function of the human body from the beginning of the disease mechanism.Based on circular motion theory of Peng Ziyi,this article discussed the etiology and treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus,and analysed the classic formulas for diabetes mellitus,such as Baihu Renshen decoction,Yuye decoction,Buzhong Yiqi decoction,Sini powder,Xiaoyao powder,Yinhuo decoction,Shenqi pill,etc,in order to provide a new way of thinking for the study of the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus.
