双心治疗冠心病合并焦虑抑郁研究进展

Research Progress of Dual Heart Therapy for Coronary Heart Disease Complicated with Anxiety and Depression

冠心病合并焦虑抑郁属于“双心医学”的范畴,其发病率近年来呈上升趋势。虽然中西医的理论基础各不相同,但在对疾病的诊治上均重视心理因素。此文梳理了近年大量国内外关于冠心病合并焦虑抑郁的文献,系统阐述了冠心病合并焦虑抑郁的中西医病因、发病机制、药物及非药物的治疗。现对此进行综述,为临床对“双心疾病”的认识及治疗提供参考。

Coronary heart disease with anxiety and depression belongs to the category of“psycho-cardiology”,and its incidence has been increasing in recent years.Although the theories of traditional Chinese and Western medicine are different,they all pay attention to psychological in the diagnosis and treatment of diseases.This article reviewed a large number of domestic and foreign literatures on coronary heart disease with anxiety and depression in recent years,systematically expounded the etiology,pathogenesis,diagnostic methods,drug and non-drug treatments of coronary heart disease combined with anxiety and depression in traditional Chinese and Western medicine.This review provided a reference for clinical understanding treatment of“psycho-cardiology disease”.
