丹红注射液治疗急性脑梗死临床观察

Danhong Injection in the Treatment of Acute Cerebral Infarction

目的探讨丹红注射液治疗急性脑梗死的临床效果。方法选取2020年12月—2022年12月在宁河区大北涧沽镇卫生院接受治疗的100例急性脑梗死患者,随机分为常规治疗组和干预组,每组50例。常规治疗组给予奥扎格雷、阿司匹林抗凝治疗,干预组在常规治疗组基础上使用丹红注射液。记录2组患者的神经功能缺损以及血流变检查改变情况。结果干预组总有效率明显高于常规治疗组,P<0.05;干预组的血流变学各项检查优于常规治疗组,P<0.05。结论丹红注射液治疗急性脑梗死能够有效提高患者治愈率,改善神经功能,提高生活质量。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Danhong injection in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction.Methods A total of 100 patients with acute cerebral infarction who received treatment in Ninghe District Dabeijiangu Town Hospital from December 2021 to December 2022 were randomly divided into conventional treatment group and intervention group,with 50 cases in each group.The conventional treatment group was given anticoagulant therapy with ozagrel and aspirin,and the intervention group was given Danhong injection based on the conventional treatment group.Neurological deficits and changes in hemorheology were recorded in 2 groups.Results The total effective rate of the intervention group was significantly higher than that of the conventional treatment group(P<0.05).The hemorheology of the intervention group was better than that of the conventional treatment group(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of Danhong injection in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction can effectively improve the cure rate,neurological function,and quality of life of patients.
