基于数据挖掘穴位贴敷治疗妊娠恶阻用药规律分析

Medication Rule of Acupoint Application in the Treatment of Pregnancy Pernicious Vomiting Based on Data Mining

目的采用数据分析软件挖掘穴位贴敷治疗妊娠恶阻文献,总结临床用药规律。方法在中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI),对建库以来至2022年12月31日关于穴位贴敷治疗妊娠恶阻的文献进行检索,纳入符合标准的文献,运用Microsoft Excel 2016工作表分析穴位贴敷中药功效、四气五味、归经的频次和频率。用SPSS Modeler 18.0、SPSS Statistics 26.0进行关联规则和聚类分析。结果筛选出61个处方,50味中药,共出现325次,其中生姜是出现频率最高的中药。解表药、补虚药、化痰止咳平喘药、化湿药、理气药使用频率位居前5。中药以性温,味甘、辛为主,归经以肺、脾、胃为主。聚类分析得到4类聚类组合,关联规则分析发现核心处方是温胆汤加减。结论穴位贴敷治疗妊娠恶阻主要从甘、温药入手,以疏肝理气和胃为主,并辅以补益脾胃、理气化痰、平补阴阳等治法。

Objective To dig and analyze the literature on acupoint application in the treatment of pernicious vomiting by data mining,and to summarize the clinical medication rules.Methods The literature on acupoint application in the treatment of pernicious vomiting was searched in the China Journal Full-text Database(CNKI)from the establishment of the database to December 31,2022.The literature meeting the criteria was included,and the efficacy of acupoint application of Chinese medicine,the four qi and five taste,and the frequency of menstrual normalization were analyzed by using Microsoft Excel 2016 worksheet.SPSS Model 18.0 and SPSS Statistics 26.0 were used for association rules and cluster analysis.Results Sixty-one prescriptions and 50 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine were screened out,and a total of 325 times appeared,among which ginger appeared 40 times was the most frequent traditional Chinese medicine.The use frequency of antipyretic drugs,tonifying vacuity drugs,relieving cough and anti-asthmatic drugs,dispelling dampness drugs and regulating qi drugs ranked the top five.Traditional Chinese medicine is mainly characterized by warm nature,sweet taste,and lung,spleen and stomach are the main channels.Cluster analysis obtained 4 types of cluster combinations,and association rule analysis found that the core prescription was Wendan decoction.Conclusion The treatment of pernicious vomiting by acupoint application mainly starts with sweet and warm drugs,and focuses on soothing the liver and regulating the qi and stomach,supplemented by invigorating the spleen and stomach,regulating the qi and eliminating phlegm,and stabilizing the yin and yang.
