基于临床教学案例库的PBL模式在本科生中医内科学的应用

摘要 目的探讨基于临床教学案例库的PBL(Problem-based learning)教学模式在00后本科生中医内科学教学中的应用。方法在江西中医药大学临床医学院的50名00后本科生中进行中医内科学教学,分别采用基于临床教学案例库的PBL教学模式和传统教学模式,教学结束后进行理论和临床实践考核,设计问卷星调查问卷,进行自我评价学习兴趣和学习效果。结果基于临床教学案例库的PBL教学模式和传统教学模式相比,理论和临床实践考核成绩更高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);学生自我评价学习兴趣和学习效果比较,基于临床教学案例库的PBL教学模式均优于传统教学模式,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于临床教学案例库的PBL教学模式能够提高学生理论和临床实践考核成绩,可以激发学生学习兴趣,提升学习效果,值得在临床教学中推广。 Objective To explore the application of problem-based learning(PBL)teaching mode based on clinical teaching case base in teaching of internal medicine of traditional Chinese medicine for post-2000 undergraduates.Methods The PBL teaching model and traditional teaching model based on clinical teaching case database were adopted in the teaching of internal medicine of traditional Chinese medicine for post-2000 undergraduates in Jiangxi University of Chinese Medicine.After the teaching,the theoretical and clinical practice assessment was carried out,and the star questionnaire was designed to self-evaluate the learning interest and learning effect.Results The PBL teaching mode based on clinical teaching case base was higher than the traditional teaching mode in theory and clinical practice,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with students’self-evaluation of learning interest and learning effect,PBL teaching mode based on clinical teaching case database was superior to traditional teaching mode,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The PBL teaching model based on clinical teaching case base can improve students’theoretical and clinical practice assessment scores,stimulate students’learning interest,and enhance learning effectiveness,which is worth promoting in clinical teaching.
