艾灸大椎 肺俞治疗风咳浅析

Moxibustion of Dazhui(DU14)and Feishu(BL13)in the Treatment of Wind Cough

风咳是一种常见而又容易被忽视的咳嗽,《诸病源候论·咳嗽候》记载:“又有十种咳。一曰风咳,欲语因咳,言不得竟是也”。将风咳排在首位,可见风咳的普遍性,但是临床治疗效果并不理想。笔者在临床中发现艾灸大椎、肺俞对风咳效果颇佳,通过对风咳病因病机、临床表现来阐述艾灸大椎、肺俞治疗风咳的机制,并结合临床有效案例,说明艾灸大椎、肺俞在风咳治疗中的价值和作用,为临床治疗风咳提供新的思路。

Wind cough is a familiar but easily overlooked cough.“There are ten kinds of cough.The first one is wind cough,which one the people want to speak but the words can not be actually sound because of cough.”,says Zhu Bing Yuan Hou Lun·cough symptoms.The importance of wind cough can be seen in the describe,but the clinical treatment is not ideal.The author found that moxibustion of the two acupuncture points of Dazhui(DU14)and Feishu(BL13)is effective in the treatment of wind cough in clinical practice.The mechanism of moxibustion at Dazhui(DU14)and Feishu(BL13)in the treatment of wind cough was described through the etiology,pathogenesis and clinical manifestations of the disease,and combined with effective clinical cases,the value and role of moxibustion at Dazhui(DU14)and Feishu(BL13)in the treatment of wind cough were explained,which provides new ideas for clinical treatment of wind cough.
