自拟祛湿双花饮联合枸地氯雷他定治疗岭南湿疹湿热浸淫型临床观察

Self-made Qushi Shuanghua Drink Combined with Deloratadine Citrate in the Treatment of Dampness-heat Immersed Eczema in Lingnan Area

目的探讨自拟祛湿双花饮联合枸地氯雷他定治疗岭南湿热浸淫型湿疹的疗效。方法选取2021年1月—2022年12月收治的100例湿疹患者,随机分成对照组和观察组,各50例。对照组选用枸地氯雷他定口服,观察组在对照组基础上加用自拟祛湿双花饮口服。比较2组具体治疗效果。结果治疗后,2组疗效、湿疹面积及严重程度指数(EASI)、瘙痒评分均优于治疗前(P<0.05),且观察组均优于对照组(P<0.05);2组不良反应差异无统计学意义;观察组复发率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论自拟祛湿双花饮联合枸地氯雷他定治疗岭南地区湿热浸淫型湿疹较单用枸地氯雷他定治疗效果更佳。

Objective To investigate the efficacy of self-made Qushi Shuanghua drink combined with deloratadine citrate in the treatment of dampness-heat immersed eczema in Lingnan area.Methods A total of 100 patients with eczema treated from January 2021 to December 2022 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 50 cases in each group.Deloratadine citrate was taken orally in control group,and self-made Qushi Shuanghua drink was added to observation group on the basis of control group.The specific therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared.Results The therapeutic efficacy,eczema area and severity index(EASI)and pruritus score of the 2 groups after treatment were better than those before treatment(P<0.05),The observation group was superior to the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups.The recurrence rate of observation group was lower than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Self-made Qushi Shuanghua drink combined with deloratadine citrate is more effective than desloratadine citrate alone in the treatment of dampness-heat immersed eczema in Lingnan area.
