针刺联合参苓白术散治疗慢性咽炎临床研究

Acupuncture Combined with Shenling Baizhu Powder in the Treatment of Chronic Pharyngitis

目的观察针刺联合参苓白术散治疗脾气虚弱型慢性咽炎的临床疗效。方法选取门诊就诊的60例脾气虚弱证慢性咽炎患者,随机分为2组,观察组(30例)采用针刺联合参苓白术散治疗,对照组(30例)予西地碘含片含服。治疗2周后,对比2组患者治疗后症状积分、临床疗效,并于3个月后随访,统计复发率。结果治疗后,观察组症状总积分较对照组低(P<0.05),且观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。3个月后随访,观察组复发率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针刺联合参苓白术散治疗脾气虚弱证慢性咽炎疗效确切,并能降低疾病复发率。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of acupuncture combined with Shenling Baizhu powder in the treatment of chronic pharyngitis with weak temper.Methods A total of 60 patients with chronic pharyngitis with spleen qi deficiency type were randomly divided into observation group and control group.The observation group(n=30)was treated with acupuncture combined with Shenling Baizhu powder,and the control group(n=30)was given cidiiodine lozenges.After two weeks of treatment,the symptom scores of the two groups before and after treatment were compared,the clinical efficacy was evaluated,and the recurrence rate was statistically calculated after 3 months.Results After treatment,the total symptom score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The recurrence rate of observation group was lower than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture combined with Shenling Baizhu powder has a definite effect in the treatment of chronic pharyngitis with spleen qi deficiency type,and can reduce the recurrence rate.
