百会穴实按灸联合针刺治疗周围性面瘫临床观察

Pressing Moxibustion at Baihui(DU20)Combined with Acupuncture in the Treatment of Peripheral Facial Paralysis

目的观察百会穴实按灸联合针刺治疗周围性面瘫患者的临床疗效。方法66例周围性面瘫患者,随机划分为观察组和对照组,每组33例。观察组予百会穴实按灸联合针刺治疗,对照组进行单纯针刺治疗。治疗前后,对2组患者的H-B面神经功能分级、面部残疾指数(FDI)量表(FDI量表包括FDIp和FDIs)评分进行观察,同时观察炎症因子[包括超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)和白细胞介素-6(IL-6)],并对2组患者的治疗效果进行对比。结果通过治疗,观察组总有效率高于对照组,2组患者治疗后的HB分级、FDI评分、hs-CRP、IL-6均较治疗前改善,且观察组优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论百会穴实按灸联合针刺治疗周围性面瘫可降低炎症反应,比单纯针刺治疗效果更好。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of pressing moxibustion at Baihui(DU20)combined with acupuncture on peripheral facial paralysis.Methods Sixty-six patients with peripheral facial paralysis were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 33 patients in each group.The observation group was treated with pressing moxibustion at Baihui(DU20)combined with acupuncture,while the control group was treated with simple acupuncture.Before and after treatment,H-B facial nerve function grade and facial disability index(FDI)scale score were observed(FDI scale including FDIp and FDIs),and inflammatory factors[including hs-CRP and IL-6],and the therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results Through treatment,the total response rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group.The H-B grade,FDI score,hs-CRP and IL-6 were improved after treatment,and the observation group was better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The pressing moxibustion at Baihui(DU20)combined with acupuncture can reduce the inflammation,which is better than acupuncture alone.
