耳穴贴压治疗肝郁脾虚型肝炎后综合征临床观察

Auricular Point Pressing Therapy in the Treatment of Post Hepatitis Syndrome of Liver Depression and Spleen Deficiency Type

目的观察耳穴治疗肝郁脾虚型肝炎后综合征的临床疗效。方法选取肝郁脾虚型肝炎后综合征患者60例,随机分2组,各30例。治疗组采用耳穴贴压治疗,对照组予以多烯磷脂酰胆碱胶囊口服治疗。观察2组患者治疗前后中医证候积分、临床疗效。结果治疗后,治疗组所有症状积分均下降(P<0.01);且中医证候总积分、胁痛、腹胀、倦怠乏力、口干口苦、大便稀溏积分较对照组下降明显(P<0.05)。治疗组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论耳穴贴压治疗肝郁脾虚型肝炎后综合征可改善肝郁脾虚各证候且方便有效。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of auricular point pressing therapy in treating post hepatitis syndrome of liver depression and spleen deficiency type.Methods Sixty patients with post hepatitis syndrome of liver stagnation and spleen deficiency type were selected and randomly divided into a treatment group of 30 cases and a control group of 30 cases.The treatment group was treated with auricular point pressing therapy,while the control group received oral treatment with polyene phosphatidylcholine capsules.The TCM symptom scores and clinical efficacy of two groups of patients before and after treatment were observed.Results After treatment,all symptom scores in the treatment group were decreased(P<0.01).The total scores of TCM symptoms,hypochondriac pain,abdominal distension,fatigue and fatigue,dry mouth and bitter mouth,loose stool were significantly decreased compared with the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Auricular acupoint pressing therapy is convenient and effective in treating post hepatitis syndrome of liver can improve each syndrome of liver stagnation and spleen deficiency and depression and spleen deficiency type.
