当归补血汤治疗慢性贫血临床观察

Danggui Buxue Decoction in the Treatment of Chronic Anemia

目的分析当归补血汤对治疗性贫血患者的临床疗效。方法选择侯马市人民医院2022年5月—2023年5月收治的80例慢性贫血患者,分为研究组和对照组,各40例。2组均接受红细胞输血治疗,研究组提供当归补血汤干预,对照组则提供常规干预。对比2组治疗后贫血改善、凝血状况、中医证候积分、功能状态和治疗安全性。结果研究组贫血状态改善、功能状态评分、治疗安全性及中医证候积分均优于对照组(P<0.05);2组凝血功能对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论当归补血汤应用于慢性贫血患者治疗中,可尽早改善贫血,提升免疫力,提高治疗安全性。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Danggui Buxue decoction in the treatment of chronic anemia.Methods A total of 80 patients with chronic anemia admitted to Houma People’s Hospital from May 2022 to May 2023 were divided into study group and control group,with 40 patients in each group.The two groups received red blood cell transfusion treatment,the study group was provided with Danggui Buxue decoction,and the control group was provided with routine intervention.Anemia improvement,coagulation status,TCM symptom score,functional status and treatment safety were compared between the two groups after treatment.Results Anemia status improvement,functional status score,treatment safety and TCM symptom score of the study group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in coagulation function between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The application of Danggui Buxue decoction in the treatment of chronic anemia can improve anemia,enhance immunity,and enhance treatment safety as soon as possible.
