中和医派归脾汤治疗功能性子宫出血临床观察

Guipi Decoction of Zhonghe Medical School in the Treatment of Functional Uterine Bleeding

目的探究中和医派归脾汤治疗功能性子宫出血效果。方法将100例功能性子宫出血患者采用随机数字表法分为试验组和对照组,各50例。对照组予以米非司酮治疗,试验组加用中和医派归脾汤治疗。2组均治疗3个月,比较2组临床疗效、症状控制时间、中医证候积分、性激素水平、子宫内膜厚度。结果治疗后,试验组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗过程中,试验组出血控制时间、完全止血时间、腹痛消失时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,2组中医证候积分、E2、FSH、LH、子宫内膜厚度均降低(P<0.05),试验组均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中和医派归脾汤治疗功能性子宫出血可提高临床疗效,改善临床症状,抑制性激素水平,降低子宫内膜厚度,值得推广。

Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of Guipi decoction of Zhonghe medical school on functional uterine bleeding.Methods A random number table was used to divide 100 patients with functional uterine bleeding into an experimental group and a control group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with mifepristone,while the experimental group was treated with Guipi decoction of Zhonghe medical school.Both groups were treated for 3 months,and the clinical efficacy,symptom control time,TCM syndrome score,sex hormone levels,and endometrial thickness were compared before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the experimental group was higher(P<0.05).During the treatment process,the bleeding control time,complete hemostasis time,and disappearance time of abdominal pain in the experimental group were shorter(P<0.05).After treatment,the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores,E2,FSH,LH,and endometrial thickness of both groups decreased(P<0.05),and the experimental group was lower(P<0.05).Conclusion Guipi decoction of Zhonghe medical school can improve clinical efficacy,improve clinical symptoms,inhibit hormone levels,and reduce endometrial thickness in the treatment of functional uterine bleeding.It is worth promoting.
