基于血不利为水探析活血利水方应用

Theoretical Analysis of the Application of Activating Blood and Promoting Diuresis Prescription Based on the theory of Unsmooth Blood Circulation Resulting in Water Retention

目的此文基于多种数据挖掘方法,通过回顾性分析,探讨活血利水方应用现状及疗效。方法收集2021年1月1日—2023年1月31日就诊于江西省中医院心内科且治疗期间使用活血利水方的住院患者病历,依据纳入与排除标准筛选出421份病历。应用MS Excel统计患者中医证候类型、所患疾病、水肿分级、水肿消退情况,运用SPSS软件对数据进行聚类和关联规则分析,运用中医证候积分进行疗效评价。结果该方用于水肿患者,证属血瘀、气虚(阳虚)或合并高血压病、冠心病、缺血性脑血管病、下肢动脉粥样硬化等,总有效率为94.37%(369/391)。结论活血利水方为治疗证属血瘀、气虚、阳虚所致循环系统疾病合并水肿的有效方剂,其适用性广,安全性高,具有较高临床价值。

Objective To explore the application status and efficacy of activating blood and promoting diuresis prescription based on a variety of data mining methods through retrospective analysis,in order to promote the application of this formula.Methods The medical records of inpatients who visited Jiangxi Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2021 to January 2023 and used activating blood and promoting diuresis prescription during treatment were collected,and 421 medical records were screened according to the inclusion criteria.MS Excel was used to count the types of medical syndromes,diseases,edema grades,and edema regression in patients,and SPSSS was used to analyze the clustering and association rules of the data,and the TCM syndrome points were used to evaluate the efficacy.Results The prescription was used for patients with edema,such as blood stasis,qi deficiency(yang deficiency)or combined hypertension,coronary heart disease,ischemic cerebrovascular disease,lower limb atherosclerosis,etc.The total effective rate was 94.37%(369/391).Conclusion Activating blood and promoting diuresis prescription is an effective prescription for treating the circulatory system diseases combined with edema caused by blood stasis,Qi deficiency and Yang deficiency in traditional Chinese medicine.It has wide applicability,high safety and high clinical value.
