探析《针灸大成》劳宫穴临床应用

The Clinical Application of Laogong(PC8)in Compendium of Acupuncture and Moxibustion

劳宫穴是手厥阴心包经的荥穴,在《针灸大成》中有较多的记载。通过分析归纳《针灸大成》中劳宫穴的腧穴定位、操作方法、穴位配伍及临床应用,发现其临床应用主要涉及心系、脾胃系、肝胆系病证及气血津液、肢体经络、五官科病证等方面。故笔者在此详细阐述劳宫穴在《针灸大成》不同病证中的具体功效,以期在临床中更充分地发挥劳宫穴的治疗作用。

Laogong(PC8)is the ying acupoint of the pericardium meridian of hand Jueyin,which is recorded comprehensively in Compendium of Acupuncture and Moxibustion.By analyzing and summarizing the location,operation method,acupoint compatibility and clinical application of Laogong(PC8)in Compendium of Acupuncture and Moxibustion,it is found that its clinical application mainly involves the diseases of heart system,spleen and stomach system,liver and bile system,qi and blood body fluid,limbs channels and collaterals,and ENT department diseases.Therefore,the writer elaborated the specific effects of Laogong(PC8)in different diseases and syndromes in Compendium of Acupuncture and Moxibustion to provide new ideas for the selection of clinical diseases and syndromes.It has been effectively applied in clinic.
