基于古今医案云平台探讨胸痹与郁病相关性

Discussion on the Correlation between Chest Discomfort and Depression Based on the Ancient and Modern Medical Case Cloud Platform System

根据现代“双心医学”研究,胸痹与郁病关系密切。此文基于古今医案云平台检索胸痹与郁病医案,分别对两者的症状、舌脉、治法、方剂、中药、药物归经信息进行分析比对,结果显示两者的临床症状具有高度相似性,疏肝理气是两者共同的常用治法,温胆汤是两者共同的常用方剂,郁金是两者共同的常用中药。该研究运用现代数据挖掘的方法,讨论了胸痹伴郁病是中医界的“双心医学”,且中医药对于认识与治疗该领域的疾病具有独特优势。

According to the research of“psycho-cardiology”medicine,chest discomfort is closely related to depression or anxiety.Based on the“ancient and modern basis cloud platform”,this paper searched the medical records of chest discomfort and depression,and analyzed and compared the information of symptoms,tongue and pulse,treatment methods,prescriptions,traditional Chinese medicine and drug normalization of the two,respectively.The results showed that the clinical symptoms of the two were highly similar.Soothing liver and regulating qi were the common treatment methods,Wendan decoction was the common prescription,and turmeric was the common Chinese medicine.This study used modern data mining method to discuss that chest discomfort accompanied by depression is the“psycho-cardiology”medicine in traditional Chinese medicine field,and traditional Chinese medicine has unique advantages in understanding and treating diseases in this field.
