基于中医传承辅助平台的颈椎病用药规律研究

Study on the Medication Rules of Traditional Chinese Medicine in the Treatment of Cervical Spondylosis Based on Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Assistance Platform

目的探究山东中医药大学附属医院中医药治疗颈椎病的用药规律。方法筛选2021年6月—2023年6月山东中医药大学附属医院用治颈椎病的方剂,建立数据库,对其进行频数分析、关联规则分析以及聚类分析。结果中医药治疗颈椎病用药多以辛温为主,主要药物为炙甘草、白芍,主调肝脾两脏,治疗上除以祛风除湿散寒、活血化瘀、化痰通络药治标的同时,还应重视益气、补肝肾等扶正药的使用。结论中医传承辅助平台为中医药治疗颈椎病提供明确的诊疗依据与手段,为后续研讨中医药治疗颈椎病提供理论基础。

Objective To explore the medication rules and related experience of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of cervical spondylosis in the Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of Chinese Medicine.Methods The traditional Chinese medicine formulas used in the Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of Chinese Medicine for the treatment of cervical spondylosis from June 2021 to June 2023 were screened,a formula database was established.The frequency analysis,association rule analysis and cluster analysis were carried out.Results Traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of cervical spondylosis are mainly warm-based drugs,the main drugs for the treatment of licorice,white peony,liver and spleen viscera.In addition to dispelling wind and dispelling dampness and dispelling cold,promoting blood circulation and removing stasis,resolving phlegm and dredging collaterals,attention should also be paid to the use of invigorating drugs such as supplementing qi and tonifying liver and kidney.Conclusion The traditional Chinese medicine inheritance auxiliary platform provides a clear diagnosis and treatment basis and means for the treatment of cervical spondylosis by traditional Chinese medicine,and provides a theoretical basis for the follow-up study of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of cervical spondylosis.
