针刺结合无痛分娩对产程及妊娠结局的影响

Effect of Acupuncture Combined with Painless Delivery on Labor Process and Pregnancy Outcome

目的分析针刺结合无痛分娩对产程及妊娠结局的影响。方法选取2020年1月—2023年1月安阳市妇幼保健院收治的200例孕产妇,随机分为研究组和参考组,各100例。研究组采用针刺结合无痛分娩,参考组采用常规方式分娩,对2组产妇产程时间及妊娠结局进行对比。结果研究组产妇各产程时间明显短于参考组(P<0.05);且顺产率显著高于参考组(P<0.05),不良妊娠结局率显著低于参考组(P<0.05)。结论针刺结合无痛分娩能显著缩短产程时间,提高自然分娩率,减少不良妊娠结局。

Objective To analyze the effects of acupuncture combined with painless delivery on labor progress and pregnancy outcome.Methods A total of 200 pregnant women admitted to Anyang Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2020 to January 2023 were randomly divided into study group and control group,with 100 cases in each group.Acupuncture combined with painless delivery was used in the study group,and conventional delivery was used in the control group.The duration of labor and pregnancy outcome of the two groups were compared.Results The duration of labor in the study group was significantly shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).The rate of vaginal delivery was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05),and the rate of adverse pregnancy outcome was significantly lower than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of acupuncture and painless delivery can significantly shorten the duration of labor,increase the rate of natural childbirth,and reduce adverse pregnancy outcomes compared with conventional delivery.
