葛根芩连汤治疗溃疡性结肠炎临床观察

Gegen Qinlian Decoction in the Treatment of Ulcerative Colitis

目的研究葛根芩连汤对溃疡性结肠炎患者血清脂联素及IL-8、IL-10因子表达的影响。方法纳入鹰潭医院100例溃疡性结肠炎受试者,随机分为对照组和试验组,对照组采取口服美沙拉嗪治疗,试验组采用葛根芩连汤联合美沙拉嗪治疗。干预8周后进行指标检测以及治疗效果评估。结果治疗后,试验组IL-8水平较对照组明显降低,IL-10水平较对照组明显升高;试验组中医证候积分较对照组明显较低,差异有统计学意义。结论葛根芩连汤治疗溃疡性结肠炎患者,可有效改善临床症状;同时上调抗炎细胞因子的表达,发挥抗炎作用。

Objective To study the effect of Gegen Qinlian decoction on the expression of serum lipocalin and IL-8 and IL-10 factors in patients with ulcerative colitis.Methods One hundred subjects with ulcerative colitis in Yingtan Hospital were randomly divided into control group and experimental group.The control group was treated with oral mesalazine,while the experimental group was treated with a combination of Gegen Qinlian decoction and mesalazine.After 8 weeks of intervention,index tests and assessment of treatment effects were performed.Results After treatment,the level of IL-8 in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the level of IL-10 was significantly higher than that in the control group.The scores of TCM symptoms in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion Gegen Qinlian decoction can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of ulcerative colitis.At the same time,the expression of anti-inflammatory cytokines is up-regulated to play an anti-inflammatory role.
